Why regular maintenance is important

Your robotic lawn mower is exposed to wear and tear every day as it cuts your lawn. We recommend following a programme of weekly and annual maintenance tasks to keep your robotic lawn mower in peak condition for longer.

Weekly maintenance and annual servicing of your robotic mower will ensure your machine stays in great working order season after season.

We recommend the following maintenance programme:

Weekly maintenance

Turn your mower off and put the machine on its side. With some models you can clean the mower and its underside with a low pressure hose pipe. Make sure to only do this with the mower on its side and not on its back as the water can pool and you risk water ingress. Other, older models are not able to be cleaned with running water. Instead clean these mowers with a sturdy brush, damp cloth and a cleaning agent. We recommend using the Husqvarna Cleaning Kit.

Annual maintenance

As we approach the colder time of year and begin to see frost we recommend turning your machine off and booking your machine in for its annual service. Here we will clean the mower and all its components, check for wear, run diagnostics check and prepare your mower for the next cutting season. Look at our GOLD service packages for complete care of your robotic mower including the service of the installation itself on the mowers return at the start of the spring.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Machines that feature more than 6 blades such as the Kress KR233 & KR236 will have an additional set of blades charged on top of the service.

GOLD services include collection and delivery up to 25 miles. Additional charges apply if machines are collected and delivered to addresses further than this.
